After recently watching the new “Breath and Body” DVD, I was delighted to have this new resource to delve deeper into this topic. This DVD is an excellent complement to all of the present resources on this topic and provides important details for improving health and wellness through the Systema principles and is an essential resource for everyone who wants to get more out of their Systema breath and body work.

This video does a great job depicting how breath and body can work together so efficiently. There is abundance of useful tips and explanations. Vladimir clearly delivers the information and inspires students to, as they say in Systema, “train hard, breathe easy”.

Breath and Body is a must have for anybody who is interested in having greater health and less fear and tension. Vladimir provides excellent explanations and many exercises on how to overcome fatigue and tension with breathing. The water bottle analogy that he described really helped my understanding. There are quite a few new exercises and variations on exercises to enjoy that I haven’t seen before in other instructional materials. This is easily one of my favourite videos in the library and can’t recommend it enough.
