I think this video could truly save people’s lives that practice the drills. What could be a more useful skill for self defense than detecting danger as soon as possible? It was really challenging and humbling work, but other people in the class showed that it is possible if you work at it.

The more I read Vladimir’s books and watch his videos, the more amazed I get! This video is so much deeper than martial arts! It’s unfortunate that people who have never tried Systema say bad things about it.
