In Systema, calmness hightens sensitivity. Sensitivity refines percision and generate speed. Controlled speed usually resolves conflict. This approach takes you to the master level of work.

At this special event, you will work with weapons and unarmed, solo, with partners and in a crowd:

• Explore many types of sensitivity – for light contact, deeper pressure, impact, and no-contact sensitivity or intuition.
• Practice to feel the danger based on the distance and reality of threat.
• Learn to know your sensitivity in different situations and ways to develop it.
• Capture the movements that are natural to you vs the ones memorized.
• Improve the sensitivity to your abilities to avoid injury and stress

Guest Instructor Lesson – CONTROL THROUGH POSTURE by Ryo Onishi

Through the particular structure and alignment of the body, Systema brings out unique reflexes and reactions. Ryo will explore this topic from the perspective of posture and movement. Learn how to control your opponent through changes in your own posture. Study how posture interacts with calmness and strength.

For all levels of experience.

Private, massage and body alignment with Vladimir and Systema HQ Toronto instructors available by appointment.

Your private lesson instructor can cover any Systema topics of your choice.
Massage sessions include the use of hands, massage tools, body weight and other useful Systema practices.
Body alignment with Dr. Meer Janjua includes diagnosis and hands-on treatment of orthopaedic misalignment, with healing for internal organs.

Fees for Private Sessions:
• With one of our experienced instructors: $100 per hour.
• With Vladimir Vasiliev: $400 per hour.

Fees for Group Classes During the Visitors Training Week:
• $25 per class or $160 for 10 classes
