Ladoshka in Russian means small palm (ладошка).
This health tool is perfect for tapping massage.
A solid piece of high-quality steel covered with genuine thick leather. Hand made in small quantities.
Approximate dimensions
Weight: 0.8 lb or 12.8 oz (365 g)
Length: 9 inches (23 cm)
Width: 3 inches (8 cm)
Ladoshka is the ideal weight, size and feel for working on both superficial and deeper muscles.
For wider coverage and general relaxation, use the flat surface. If a body area is particularly tight and knotted, you can begin with gentle pressure using the corner or the edge of Ladoshka. The impact for the recipient should be soft and deep.
Due to the sturdy leather weave, the handle will not slip. Balanced weight will prevent the hand from getting tired.
Can be easily applied for tapping self-massage to the neck, arms and legs.
The leather strap of 5-6 inches (12-15 cm) in diameter makes it convenient to put Ladoshka around the wrist or to hang it among your favourite sports equipment.

A NOTE FROM THE MANUFACTURER
The metal used for Ladoshka is treated according to the ancient Russian blacksmith technologies to offset impurities.
The workpiece is heated in the forge and forged with a hand hammer.
Next, the workpiece is fitted with rawhide and dyed by hand.
To complete the production, Ladoshka is processed with natural beeswax to give it water-repellent properties and shine.
The entire manufacturing process is manual without the use of robotics or machinery.

Been using the new Ladoska Massager for about a month now … I must say it is is one of the best massage tools I’ve ever used. I’ve had tense neck and shoulders for some time. My friend suggested the Ladoshka. I didn’t know what to expect when I ordered it, and I am so pleased. It is well designed, real quality material and craftsmanship. You can tell it is proper leather, even the smell is natural. It works well for massage though clothing or directly on the skin. Both the flat part and the edge provide deep tissue massage and relief of tension within the muscle. After a short time of use, I could already feel less tension in my neck and shoulders.

The Ladoshka is one of the newer tools offered by Systema HQ and it is incredible! Unlike the other whips, such as the nagaika (which I also love), it is small, compact and portable, making it ideal for self massage to any part of the body. The Ladoshka is great for relieving both superficial and deep tensions in the body and psyche. The impact of the small but heavy metal weight sends vibrations through the muscles and connective tissue, releasing knots and blocked energy. It works equally great for self massage and the massage of a partner, client, friend or loved one. The broad side offers a broad impact, sending relaxing vibrations through the body, while the vertical side allows for a deeper, more precise impact to a specific area, making it a truly amazing tool for self care and massage. The benefits of massage cannot be overstated and the Ladoshka is one of the best tools you can find. Just arrived today!
Wow! What a great massage tool.
I can really feel it relaxing and also waking up the areas as I work them. As Vladimir demonstrates in the short video using different edges and angles really gets into the nooks and crannies finding and releasing tension.
I work as a massage therapist and this is the best self massage tool I have used.
I will definitely be using this on some of my braver clients haha.

The Ladoshka has been a tremendous help – much more than I had figured it would be.

This tool is surprisingly effective. Everything you hear or read about this tool is true. This tool has helped release tension in areas that typically only get addressed during classes. And as a bonus, you can use it to improve your stretching by tapping on the tense muscles and then you will find that you can deeper into the stretch. I highly recommend you get one before they are out of stock again. I suspect that they might have a unicorn hair woven into it somewhere too.

Ladoshka is really good for deep massage and promoting really good circulation. The quality is excellent! The craftsmanship, fit and finish is first rate! The leather is so good I can still smell it like it’s brand new. I tip my hat to those who made them.

When you take a Ladoshka into your hand, you will immediately feel how fundamental and reliable it is. It will not let you down. You can really do a lot with it to heal yourself and others.

I like the feel of this tool, when it touches the skin it is very relaxing. You don’t need to hit hard, yet you feel the power. It feels especially good on the hand because it’s handmade with its leather weave. This is a perfect gift for anyone who is afraid of contact and wants to relax.

I got 2 Ladoshkas. Initially I wanted both of them for myself but then a friend wanted one so much that I had to gift it. It’s a very versatile tool. I use it on myself a lot, when I use it on other people I use the edges to dig into tissue and to save my fingers from overuse. For self-massage – in my case, there is a distinct value of using it while the muscle is contacted to relax it under load. For example when doing a squat works particularly well on my quads. There are many ways to use it, but I think the most important thing to watch is to use it as such a speed and depth that you allow the relaxation to spread. I can’t say enough about it, but the best thing I can say is what Vladimir told me when I asked him about it. He said ‘It works very well, really – very well … if you use it. ☺️If you just buy it and keep it in a safe place, not so much.’

This is a great healing tool! I loosened up the connection between the handle and the blade so that there is more give on contact. I find that it opens the energy channels in the body. I use it all the time.
