Body in a Fight

• Preparation of the body for confrontations.
• Developing the right amount of relaxation, muscle tone, and psychological readiness
• Agility and mobility in all muscles and joints
• Smooth and precise movements with less tension and more power

For ages 16 and up.

No previous experience required.

Instructor renewals and evaluations by Vladimir Vasiliev are offered at the seminar.

An additional Massage Workshop by Daniil Ryabko will be held on Friday, January 31st from 7:00 – 8:30 pm.
The participants will study the stick massage and other Systema body work practices.
Please select the additional workshop option if you plan to attend.

Out of town visitors who wish to come a few days before and/or stay a few days after the seminar are welcome to join
the regular group classes.
