Thanks , I have been a Systema practitioner in Miami for the last 2 and half years, in addition of being real , is also a healing system; I am grateful in more than one way.
I have not purchase the videos until now, the reason behind is that I am ready to better understand technique and application, it looks easy and that is too far from reality, from breathing to relaxing to applying, the moves are not complicated, we just fight against ourselves and the reprogramming is rather difficult.
I hope to see in the videos those details that I miss that make the difference.

Excellent instructional video for understanding tension in the body that can restrict us from effective movement (such as strikes).
The exercises help identify stress and fear that is in the body, by guiding you in paying attention to the changes in your body, which can be at a time when you are holding your breathe. It focuses on restoring your body to a healthy state, through self discovery, over time.
These exercises are (at times) applied in Vladimir’s classes that I have attended

This is an excellent video for developing bodily and psychological awareness. That being said, the drills are not easy, and will definitely push you to your psychological limit, if not the physical limits too. I don’t know if I would recommend this to a beginner, but you don’t have to train Systema to get the benefits of the training either. Ultimately this is excellent for anyone who wants to develop greater bodily and psychological awareness.
P.S. This is not a combat dvd, so if you’re looking for more videos on self defense, this is not the one for you, although awareness is important for self defense.
