Production:

The patches have been manufactured using four-colour process dye systems, where images are printed under high temperature and pressure, designs are transferred onto a polyester twill fabric using heat seal equipment.

The twill fabric has a very smooth surface, which enhances design image quality and depth of colour.

The sublimation process allows the inks to penetrate into the fibres of the base materials where they become permanently embedded. As a result, the design will not crack, peel or fade under normal laundry conditions.

The patches are finished with a Merrow border stitching around the perimeter for a sharper look.

Produced with high-melt glue backing for heat seal application, the patches can be heat sealed or sewn onto a variety of sportswear and clothing garments. If needed, the patches are removable from the garment.
