SYSTEMA FUNDAMENTALS SEMINAR with Daniil Ryabko, from Systema HQ Moscow

Daniil Ryabko:

• the son of the legendary Systema Founder, Mikhail Ryabko
• with extensive experience in law enforcement services
• high level international Systema instructor

Daniil will be coming from Systema HQ Moscow to Toronto to teach a comprehensive seminar on the fundamental elements of Systema:

• Breathing
• Movement
• Reducing tension
• Making your body and your psyche strong and stable for combat, exercise and everyday activities

There will be practical application to hand-to-hand combat, strikes, weapons, groundwork, and multiple opponents.

Previous experience not required. Recommended materials:

Friday Healing Workshop with Daniil:

Private, massage and video sessions with Daniil and Systema HQ Toronto instructors available by appointment.

Your private lesson instructor can cover any Systema topics of your choice.
Massage sessions include the use of hands, massage tools, body weight and other useful Systema practices.
Video session is an opportunity to record your private class and to receive the recording for personal use.

Fees for Private Sessions:
• With one of our experienced instructors: $100 per hour
• With Daniil Ryabko: $200 per hour
• With Vladimir Vasiliev: $400 per hour.

Fees for Group Classes During the Visitors Training Week:
• $20 per class or $120 for the week
