Tommy is a great instructor! In his classes, he does everything correctly. There is solid structure based on the principles of Systema, and incredible enthusiasm on his part. The kids were truly excited to learn, and at the same time, there was organization and discipline. I highly recommend this video for anyone interested in Systema and in teaching.

I’ve seen kids classes in a few martial arts, and i’ve been a kid in class :), but I’ve never seen somebody capture kids attention quite like this. Especially what it looked like a class of 30+ kids. You can learn A LOT just by watching Tommy deal with different ‘personalities’ in the class and the way that he introduces breathing and movement in fun, interesting ways.
