Great product! Iam from Germany, training Shorin ryu for more than 15 years, so no sport karate. I know some bodywork, but the masters are allways quiet and mysterious about the real “inner work”. This product brings more light in some very important principles. Thank you so much…

It was very informative to see the Relaxation to Power idea applied through so many training points – from simple exercises to effective ground work and strong punches, unexpected to the partner.
It was nicely shown how to locate areas of tension and how not to overpower the opponents physically and yet, easily overcome their resistance.
Great job, Ryo!

In this film Ryo Onishi of Systema Osaka and Systema Japan gives viewers an excellent insight into Internal Work giving us the opportunity to understand in more depth the kind of work that Mikhail Ryabko shows. This is a true gem that everyone can greatly benefit from and be inspired by. I can’t recommend it enough.

Sophisticated and informative! Mr. Onishi showcases the core of Internal Arts, flowing energy from the lack/release of tension. This video shows you LEAD energy, not push and pull it.

Great! I think now I understand much better what it means to work with tension in the body and turn it into power.
