Many people have a fear of falling, and I’m one of them. At the same time, I realize how important it is for a martial artist to be able to fall or go into a roll softly. This video is like your complete manual on how to rid yourself of that fear. Thank you Vladimir!

You can see that the stuff in this movie is professional information. I think Vladimir is over 60 years old, and it’s amazing how he can fall and roll so smoothly, no effort, just humor. And, his students can do it too!

I’ve seen some instruction on this before, but never what Vladimir is showing. The jumps over 2 people, changing direction mid-air, rolls to make up for loss of balance with a weapon. I highly recommend!!
