Here at Systema HQ Toronto, we normally record the online training sessions. Not a zoom recording, but a high-quality camera operated by a professional camera man. Then, Vladimir thoroughly edits the footage and it is released on film.
This most recent class (September 22) was different. The participants felt so strong and energized at the end, that an overwhelming number have requested to have this footage to review and practice again.
