I just finished watching this video in full and I was impressed by the challenge it put me through. There is definitely a novice, intermediate and mastery level to Breathing. Many people think that when you talk about breathing, it starts at inhale and ends at exhale or they mention mindfulness, meditation, yoga and breathing all in the same sentence to acknowledge the importance of breath work. However, there is more to Breathing when you look at the combative and healing side of things. Sitting and breathing or laying and stretching is in my opinion 1 to 2 dimensional but getting to the psychological and healing and physical side of breathing is on another level.

It was inspiring to see Eric and Stephan do those advanced breathing exercises for higher repetitions. When I see them do so many it gives me confidence to try and get at least a few more. I also really liked how they described their internal states during the exercises. It was interesting to hear how they still feel those similar uncomfortable feelings and they don’t just go away, but they are still able to stay calm. The film gave me a lot to think about and work on. Thank you for making it available.
