Chat Notes – Volume 1
This outstanding PDF training guide is now released for the first time.
What are the Systema online classes?
Systema HQ Toronto runs regular and consistent online classes. The main instructor is a Systema founder, Vladimir Vasiliev. He is assisted by his team of highly experienced instructors.
Each online class is set up in seminar format – it is profound and diverse. Each lesson topic is covered in a very thorough manner – for the participants to capture the essence of this deep teaching, to develop the parameters of skills, and most importantly, to work on themselves.
What is the CHAT NOTES publication?
Each online class is accompanied by the detailed lesson notes typed by Vladimir’s expert staff and posted in the chat.
Each lesson chat includes:
- Class objective
- Brief description of all the drills, as they were done in class
- Training tips and insights from the instructor
- Recommended leaning materials on the topic
These class notes were carefully collected and professionally edited. All the non-essential conversations removed from the text and only the “meat” – the truly clear and instructional information is kept. Each drill is distinct with its name and concise directions.
The text has been professionally designed and created for an exceptional presentation. With a clean and appealing format, super easy to read, navigate and train from, it is now up to you to use this training guide! Each lesson is your training session – just follow the instructions and watch your skills grow.
Most lessons are specifically designed for solo training.
No previous class participation or experience is needed.
The first set of ten classes has been selected for this Volume 1 publication. A variety of topics are selected to ensure your training is always interesting and versatile:
