In his lesson, Vladimir talks though a set of drills to heal the eyes. And boy, is it something to behold! The exercises are fairly simple, and when they were finished, it was time to sleep, and I hadn’t really noticed a big change in my eyes. They felt soft and colours were soft to my eyes. So, I fell asleep and slept like a little child. When I woke up, to my surprise, my eyes felt very relaxed. The colors of the outside were less harsh. I noticed that I picked up more details in the things I looked at and as a whole, I perceived way more. Many hours later, this feeling is still with me. Systema has so many layers, and although I know that, it keeps amazing me when a new layer is revealed.

Vladimir’s class, “Healing Eyes and Body” was phenomenal as his step by step approach helped me to understand that the condition of each body part affects the other parts of the body and how our bodies are related one another. The last 20 minutes of the class, Vladimir introduced us how to practice to increase the level of relaxation of eyes. With this exercise, not only I found I had limitations of my eyes, but attaining relaxation of one body part helps relaxing the whole body. Just to let you know, every 2 years I am required to take a physical for my truck driver license. Last week was the second consecutive exam where they said I do not require glasses for driving. This is after me wearing glasses for 40 years. This has happened because I have been doing the exercises in the Heal the Eyes video. Thanks again!!
