Now Vladimir added about 10 minutes of new ground fighting footage to this dvd edition, I loved it.

New York Seminars 2001, it was ten years ago but I remember it like it was yesterday. It was my second meeting with Vladimir but the first time I felt the true absence of fear. There is a certain presence about Vladimir that made me feel relaxed and comfortable, and it was a truly amazing experience to work with him. I never knew being thrown around the room and taking multiple strikes all over my body could be so calming; it was as if the whole room went silent and there was a certain peace and well being that came over me. The moment changed me- mentally, physically, but most importantly, spiritually- I knew right then and there that this was much more than a Martial Art.
