Over four days, Systema Master Vladimir Vasiliev will guide you through advanced methods to locate and control tension in yourself and your opponents. Train to disarm stress, to gain health and to magnify your combative skills.

Each day begins with a morning warm up & breathwork hour on the beach, setting the tone for the training sessions ahead. After breakfast, we meet at a gym-style conference room for the comprehensive 3-hour training session with Vladimir. He will be covering the fundamental and advanced elements of Systema, giving each participant personal guidance and attention. Between sessions, enjoy all-inclusive resort amenities, recharge with your fellow Systema friends, and take in the beautiful surroundings. You’ll have ample time to relax, share, deepen connections and truly enjoy life.

Private lessons and massages with Systema instructors are available every day of the event. You can book these with us in advance or when you arrive to the resort.

Capping off this unforgettable event, join us for the Systema 32nd-anniversary celebration dinner.

For those extending their stay, additional days can be booked with the resort before and/or after the training days.

At this outstanding event, Vladimir will present ways to find tension in yourself and your opponents.

• Work with physical and psychological tension.
• Remove tension before, during and after a confrontation.
• Locate tension in the body while stationary and on the move.
• Learn how to turn tension and fear into your strength
• Apply tension-free work to hand-to-hand combat, weapons, groundwork and multiple attackers.

Vladimir and his family are taking additional days at the resort before and after the training days. You are welcome to do so as well.
During the relaxing afternoons and for those staying longer, additional sessions, private training and massage can be booked.
