Self Defence Workshop for Women

This empowering self-defence workshop is designed specifically for women. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, this session will offer valuable insights and practical skills for all levels.
You’ll learn both physical and mental strategies to help you stay safe, calm, and in control during threatening situations. The techniques are simple, effective, and adaptable to a wide range of real-life scenarios—no special strength or background required.
Led by highly experienced Systema instructors, this workshop is more than just a training session. It’s an opportunity to reclaim your space, sharpen your instincts, and connect with a community of strong, supportive women.
Whether you’re laying the foundation or refreshing your skills, you’ll leave feeling more prepared, more powerful, and more aware.

What is Systema?
Systema is a martial art emphasizing fluid movement, relaxation, and natural body reactions. It focuses on breathing, adaptability in real-world situations, integrating hand-to-hand combat, weapon defence, and a calm psyche. Unlike many martial arts, it does not rely on set techniques or ranks, but encourages intuitive responses. We’re adapting Systema’s core values to create the perfect self-defence workshop geared toward women.
