This festival dives deep into the core principles of breathing, structure, smooth movement, short work and internal work to help you build elite-level resilience for both combat and daily life.

Festival Dates:

• Saturday, October 10, 2026 from 10AM-3PM (check-in at 9:30AM)
• Sunday, October 11, 2026 from 11AM-4PM (check-in at 10:30AM
• Friday, October 9, 2026 from 7:30PM-8:00PM – Optional private Breathing & Health session with Vladimir and Valerie Vasiliev held at Systema Floyd Campus. Only 30 spots available. If you are interested in this additional session, contact the host here.
