The Rules of Breathing with Sergey Nebaluev, PhD
Sergey Ivanovich Nebaluev holds a PhD in physics and mathematics and is an Associate Professor at Saratov State University, Russia.
Sergey met Mikhail Ryabko in the 1980’s and has since been a true fan of Systema, adding a thorough scientific analysis to the deep teachings of Systema.
In this previously unreleased footage from the Moscow seminar in 2000, Sergey explains what the rules of breathing are and how to apply them in practice.
