Wanted to thank you and all your family, especially for the great family oriented training during the pandemic. I hope you keep it up as online classes. I had a GREAT bonding with my 11 year old Sophia. She loved the class with Valerie and Natasha and wants to do it every weekend with me! Thank you!

As an elementary school teacher, I find this film very useful! I see the real benefit for kids of all ages practicing these drills. Specifically, the breathing exercises can really help kids focus and it’s nice to have them do something other than being glued to technology. Also, the music for the trailer is great!
