What is fullness of the body?
- Breath must be uninterrupted, even, and penetrates the entire body and mind.
- Body form must have no deviations and be straight and relaxed.
- Movement must have no pauses, advance completely and smoothly to the goal, and should have the ability to change direction at any moment.
