I have really enjoyed watching Valerie’s Breath and Body Lite classes via digital download! As someone who just gave birth last year, I haven’t been as active as I should be. It gives me confidence to watch a woman do the exercises that I always see my husband do. Watching the videos helps motivate me to get moving, while relaxing me and making me more aware of my posture and the tension I have from holding a baby all the time. It will also be beneficial to me when I go back to work in a few months where I will be spending 12-hour days and nights on my feet in a high stress job. About 10 years ago, seeing how much my wife enjoys breath training, I opened Breathwork classes for her at our Systema HQ Toronto school. Valerie has been taking these classes regularly all these years along with many other students at our school.
