What an excellent class! There were the easy drills for those with very bad knees, and the more intricate drills for those with fairly healthy knees. What a great program to prevent damage and make the knees stronger! Never thought you could walk in a way to reduce the strain and the weight placed on the joints. Five stars!

I bought the Film Heal The Knees about a week ago. I started doing the exercises shown in the video every day for a week.
And after each round of exercise my knee and legs felt very relaxed. And bit by bit I felt how much energy I got from walking and moving. The more relaxation estabilished in my knees, the more soft my movements and breathing became.
I became fully aware of this feeling due to the online class about sensitivity (if you haven’t I highly recommend you to follow an online class with the topic sensitivity). My walking, going to the ground and relaxation in my legs has grown by these simple and good exercises.
So if you have knee troubles or want to strengthen your knees than this is a good place to start!
