Online Workshop – BREATH, MASSAGE, AND POWER – Saturday, July 18th at 11am – 1pm ET

Breath, Massage, and Power with Adam and Brendon Zettler

In-person and online. 

Adam and Brendon, the famous Systema Twins, are two of the most experienced and knowledgeable Systema instructors, training and teaching with Vladimir Vasiliev in Toronto and at numerous international events since 2004.

This 2-hour hands-on workshop is designed for people of all levels of experience. You will study these fundamental topics.

1. Breath: The focus will be looking more deeply into the inhale and exhale and the truly miraculous effects they have when done in the Systema way.

2. Massage: Tissue massage is one of the most important elements in Systema training. In this workshop, you will understand how massage, when connected to our breath, brings healing and power to BOTH the person giving the massage as well the person receiving the massage. You will also study how Systema massage is connected to all aspects of training, to our movement, to how we give and receive strikes.

3. Power: When we connect Systema breathing, exercises, and massage, we cultivate tremendous power, healing, and understanding that is truly priceless and applies to all elements of combat. Learn how to get healthier and become a better fighter.

LESSON NOTES are posted in the Zoom chat during the session. Participants are welcome to save them and use as a reference.

To save the chat anytime during the meeting, click on Chat. At the bottom of the chat window on your right, you will see a button with three dots. Click on it and you will see the option to Save Chat. This will save your chat to your Documents folder > Zoom > Folder with meeting name, date and time.
