By Hoy Chan, a highly experienced Systema HQ Toronto instructor, training and teaching with Vladimir Vasiliev since 2007, with a particular expertise in sensitivity work. He has an extensive background in Brazilian Jiujitsu, Silat and Internal Chinese martial arts (chi kung). Hoy is also a national medalist in Shotokan Karate and Shaolin Kung Fu.
