This session was one of the most meaningful and moving classes in the history of Systema.
Adam and Brendon Zettler are the famous Systema Twins, two of the most experienced and knowledgeable Systema instructors, training and teaching with Vladimir Vasiliev in Toronto and at numerous international events since 2004.
Four years ago, Brendon had a tragic brain aneurysm that left him paralyzed on one side of his body and unable to speak. Brendon began a remarkable journey of recovery, guided by Systema breathing and movement exercises.
Adam and Brendon have agreed to share their battle for health and the key elements they used to recover, both physically and emotionally.
The movement and sensitivity drills they showed are extremely valuable to anyone with a serious illness.
The application of breathing and prayer is a true treasure for any person.
