The best poster for me is “Train Hard Breathe Easy”. It is a very strong idea. I found that Systema doesn’t give you specific rules, but rather a direction of where to aim. “Train Hard” for me is the goal to be true to yourself – don’t cut corners, work hard but do not over-strain. Short and powerful and to the point.
