I bought the Film Heal The Knees about a week ago. I started doing the exercises shown in the video every day for a week.
And after each round of exercise my knee and legs felt very relaxed. And bit by bit I felt how much energy I got from walking and moving. The more relaxation estabilished in my knees, the more soft my movements and breathing became.
I became fully aware of this feeling due to the online class about sensitivity (if you haven’t I highly recommend you to follow an online class with the topic sensitivity). My walking, going to the ground and relaxation in my legs has grown by these simple and good exercises.
