The massage of the internal organs utilizing the breath was very interesting and informative. Within 20 minutes of the start, I felt a sense of clarity in my body, and my body and mind felt lighter. The topic about myofascia was also interesting and I could feel the movement of my legs and neck, which I had never noticed before. I was able to see the postures and movements of each of the 14 participants, so I learned a lot. Thank you very much to all the participants and the videographer. I learned a lot from the expression “clear” that Jamie-sensei mentioned. I felt cleansed after the class. Jamie is one of the more unique people I’ve ever met. He has this special ability to control and direct the energy in his body. In this class I’ve experienced a very special set of techniques to relax the muscles and organs from the inside, I know it sounds weird, and the concept was indeed odd when I first heard about it. But you can’t argue with direct results! Before I came to class my lower back has seized that morning, probably due to a bad sleeping pose, and after class I could literally dance! It was down right amazing, the ability to self relax the muscles and organs with breathing and special internal massage technique is priceless.
