IN-PERSON: Join us for an immersive two-day Systema training experience in Berlin, where you’ll develop highly efficient escapes from holds, strikes, and punches through step-by-step instruction.

Learn to harness the core principles of Systema—breathing, structure, movement, and relaxation—to execute precise, powerful, and swift responses.

Gain the skills to maintain control over attackers while avoiding unnecessary harm to yourself and others.

You’ll train in realistic scenarios, working against single and multiple opponents, both unarmed and armed with a knife.

All levels of experience welcome.
